第三十条 船舶留置权，是指造船人、修船人在合同另一方未按照约定支付船舶建造或者修理费用时，留置已经合法占有的船舶，并就该船舶优先受偿的权利。

In other cases, e.g. when designing CRUD-based modules, Infrastructure-Modules would be just a burden, and you should fall back to the classic Modular Design practices.
